Our Mission
Our mission is to establish and maintain multiple environmental services and programs for the
residents of Thermal, Oasis, Mecca and Vista Santa Rosa. Through these programs, we hope to educate and serve the residents
in the aspect of graffiti reduction, refuse disposal and community pride.
